I would say yes. ZBT and SAE are the top two. The top four are all similar enough but Sig Ep had a lot of problems this year and Sigma Chi is still the pre game house. SAE and ZBT are very different, SAE has a lot less guys in the house but their parties are always fun and more intimate, not a lot of random people which is nice. ZBT throws the biggest/craziest parties but often there are a lot of random people who don't even go to ucla/it gets ratchet sometimes. For what its worth I see Sig ep and sig chi guys at a lot of ZBT parties, even when their own houses are having a party... 1. ZBT/SAE 2. Sig Chi/Sig Ep
