Top 4 houses are and always will be Aphi, Kappa, Theta, and DG although theta and DG are going a bit downhill and don't compare to aphi or kappa who are the most selective. Aphi and Kappa definitely have the prettiest girls and no wealth is not a factor. Aphi and Kappa also are most well known as a whole among the fraternities. DG and theta are well known but not as a whole, only certain groups.
