ZTA is up to par with top tier houses yet. They are moving up bad ADPis "bad" pledge class is equivalent to a ZTA good pledge class. AXO is going down but girls are really never between ZTA and AXO, at pref usually girls at AXO are also preffing ADPi or GPhi so we will see if this changes this year
