In my opinion (I'm currently a senior in the greek system at CSUF) ZTA was in the bottom tier with DZ just bc they had a cruddy house with awkward girls. I've seen and heard that they've improved since my freshman year and I'm actually really close friends with a couple of their older girls. For the most part I think ZTA is the sorority that improves every year, unlike some other sororities that cling on to their old "top house" title.
