DZ legit has the nicest house- super modern. No one can argue that ADPi has a dope modern one too but it’s small af ZTA is mansion SK probs has the worst (sorry girls) GPhi and AXO have nice ones, big, but they don’t really have anything in them? At least the other sororities have huge couches/hang out rooms. These two are legit just cramped living areas with a courtyard in the middle
