You state that the Sigma Pi house needs major restoration but I have been to their house and it is beautiful---it is in great condition--- and the huge grounds are beautifully kept---I was very impressed--- also you state that PIKE swept all the intermural championships but Sigma Pi won the Basketball Championship and were undefeated the entire season. I attended the Championship game so know that they beat PIKE for the championship.
