^ the person above pretty much told you everything but I'll give you some personal advice: - GO IN WITH AN OPEN MIND. I went in wanting one house so bad because of what I saw on social media and found out I didn't really like them once I met them and ended up choosing a house I didn't think I wanted. I'm so happy with my decision and know I would have regretted it if I didn't keep an open mind. - CHOOSE FOR YOURSELF. You'll meet lots of friends during recruitment and it may be hard to choose a house because you might want something that your friends don't... so when you rank on preference night my best advice is for you all to fill out your paper without talking about it because you may be influenced by your friends and regret your decision - bring a small backpack or bag (target, forever 21, etc have cheap cute ones) and bring snacks and WATER. don't worry about a bag not going with your outfit, no house will judge you for being prepared. seriously bring water. you will need it. - Have a good time with it. Houses can tell when you're not being genuine so put your best foot forward but have a great time. This isn't a professional interview so don't treat it like one!! Just let the conversations flow and you'll be fine - Find houses that are interested in what you're passionate about! You're joining for the organization, so make sure you choose a house that does things you like. - Ask any questions you have! The girls are here to help and give you information. Do not feel like you can't ask questions. - After you meet each house, write down notes in your phone. By day 3 you'll have a hard time remembering who you talked to and what you talked about. The notes are critical! Recruitment is the best weekend and you get what you make of it! Have lots of fun and feel free to reach out to girls if you have any questions!
