So many posts here asking about spring rush, same questions over and over. If you want to Rush in the spring, contact Panhellenic. Make friends with girls who are in sororities for possible invite. You don't have to go to every house you're invited to, but in the spring if you are fortunate to get invited to more then one or two houses, why not go? (You will not get invited to 12) Spring rush is way more casual. More then likely, houses aren't going to promote spring rush, you will find out thru Panhellenic, or directly from the houses themselves. (Exception may be AZD only because they are new) Asking what houses are doing spring rush here will only get you an answer that's a rumor. Contract Panhellenic. Those houses participating in Spring rush usually take 10 or less depending on fall #s, graduation etc. Be prepared for your finals, grades are important and could be the deal breaker between you & someone else. If a house can only take 10 members and have 15 great girls to choose from, grades can be the deciding factor. Get recommendations. Be prepared to speak about what your interested in, involved in. Tech sororities pride themselves in being involved in many organizations on campus besides their sororities. Ignore the hate here. Techs Greek system is incredible and strong. All house have large membership and you will find great girls you connect with and sisterhood in any one of them Good luck, and if it doesn't work for you in the spring, fall will be here soon!
