Top tier - Pi Phi Middle tier - Everyone else Whether you like it or not, most girls try for Pi Phi for various reasons. They can basically choose who they want. The other chapters aren't that far behind and it's a crapshoot on the PNM's they get. Remove their letters and it would be hard for anyone to tell them apart.
