If you are doing it by size and members then Kappa sig would be in tier 4. They had 87 members in the fall. Sigma Nu would even be above fiji because fiji only had 104 memebers in the fall. You must be a sig ep for putting sig ep that high. Those guys suck and everyone knows it but them. It will be very evident during rush.
