Back when AXiD, Phi Mu & DZ presented, many school Panhellenics were doing "stacked" invitations to colonize - Greek life was hot and they didn't want to repeat the expense of presentations if/when the new chapter caught hold & they needed another new one. But Tech had not planned to do a stacked expansion, so it was a surprise when Phi Mu was given one of those invitations. Anyway, even when it happened most doubted that PM would actually be given the opportunity to recolonize because it would probably take a long time for the community to stabilize. All these years later, who knows if Tech's panhellenic would honor the invitation or if PM would even be interested given how much things have changed since then. Expansion has slowed dramatically for all NPC sororities, and Greek life is shrinking. So I would not expect Tech to add a new NPC sorority in the foreseeable future, if ever.
