I've been to several parties at phi delt, delt, SAE, delt, and sig ep. they're all good fraternities, but there's no way you can say Delt is higher than Phi delt, or Sig ep is higher than SAE. Phi delt and Sae are definitely the two top houses...they work hard, party hard, and are pretty involved on campus
