Top: Pi phi, theta, kappa-honestly pkt are interchangeable with order but with history and national rep as well as tech rep these houses are the most desirable and hardest to get into. Upper mid: Tri Delt, chi o, axid-ok this one will prob be controversial with axid up here but they actually have done amazing for only being here 7 years. They have grown and done very well with their pc’s. Very pretty girls a little more wild so if they could calm down a bit I think they would get more cred but these three are all different but very solid houses to be in. Mid: Aphi, zeta-aphi used to be upper mid/lower top but with recent scandals I would say this has definitely dropped them. These houses are somewhat similar but aphi is stronger than zeta. Lower mid: AXO, dg-very inclusive and more low key girls. They’re not as prevalent but the girls in there seem to really love it so strong sisterhood. Bottom: KD, Adpi-unfortunately just not very popular with pnms and have some bad reps. I haven’t really met too many so can’t say much.
