Yep... SigEps "balanced man" program was less extreme than what SAE is doing, and yet it had a huge negative effect on the fraternity. Today most SigEp chapters are usually great or terrible... Very few are in between. And yet SigEp took almost 20 years to roll that program out and it only applies to new colony chapters when they start up. One can only imagine what the more extreme SAE program will do...
