I mean, they know it is recruitment and in the appropriate circumstances they call it that. But when they talk about their sororities in college, it is always Rush, not recruitment. The new girls will figure it out. But who really cares? It is like older people say "dorms" not residence halls. You know what they mean, so don't be so nitpicky.
