There is a quota each house can take. There is an algorithm in place that will allow some houses to take more pnm’s based on their chapter size. The goal is for every pnm to get a house. I hope you are seeing during rush how similar the houses are than different and that the options here are mostly to manipulate you Don’t fall for it.
