Top (most desired by pnms): Pi phi (-) Kappa (+), Theta (+), Tri delt (=), A phi (-) These are the top 5 houses pnms aim for. Usually pi phi, kappa, and theta being one of the first choices but not always. Best of the best, smartest, prettiest, highest potential girls go here. Always first pick from frats for pairings and these houses most commonly win shows/hoco. Upper middle (sometimes desired/next choice): Chi O (-), Zeta (=) If pnms don’t get into top 5 these are where they would want to go next. Not top tier but still great houses and gets really good girls who slip through the cracks or just barely didn’t make it for the top 5. Solid groups here. Middle (no one’s first choice but still okay houses): DG (=), Axid (+), Axo (-) Pnms who still want to be in a sorority but couldn’t get the other houses go here. Some are cut for grades from other houses or just don’t have the right connections. These aren’t bad houses but not top of the line or usually first pick. Still lots of fun and pretty girls go here. Again, not a bad place to be at all. Bottom (last choice/not as desired): KD (=), Adpi (=) This is the last choice for most and usually where you go if you get dropped from every other sorority. They have lots of nice girls in these houses and a lot of girls are happy here but it’s not for everyone. More for girls who are okay with being in any sorority as long as they have a sisterhood and don’t really care about tiers or any of that. If you get one of these houses at least give it a try, no one really cares about tiers after freshman year. trending down (-) trending up (+) staying same (=)
