Say it for the people in the back!!!!! “simply put there are only 3 tiers and really no particular order within the tiers as each house attracts similar pnms.” There is no shame in any of these tiers, but 💯 the pnms are very similar within the tiers. Those that want 6/8 tiers sound so desperate.
