This is the first thing houses cut for. Many houses can’t initiate you unless you have a certain gpa. The thought is, a house doesn’t want to waste a bid if you end up dropping/getting kicked out of college. There are some houses that will accept lower gpa if the need to make quota. Sometime girls who ended up without a bid due to grades end up with a snap bid if they check all the other boxes & nationals will allow initiation.
