Pi phi are like used car salesmen. Props to them (and kappa & theta for that matter) for making pnm’s feel like they really want them in their house. Get high return rates cause girls think they have a chance of getting in ( these girls then rank mid houses low) then are shocked when they’re dropped & mid houses have by that point mutually dropped and the pnm then has very few low ranked houses left. Happens every year.
