Seen a lot of self ranking on here but if you actually go here here’s the ranks. Top: Kappa/Pi Phi Theta (Kappa and Pi Phi have been established as the top two forever: exclusive, old money, and focused on elite status so can be very superficial but again they are the most desired. Kappas are more partiers than pi phis but pi phi’s still go out too. Theta by most is considered one of the tops but not on their level and can be said to be kind of boring. Some say they are falling but as of right now they’re still at number 3) Lower top/Upper mid: Tri Delt, Aphi, Chi O (These houses all had scandals this past year. Tri Delt had petty internal sisterhood drama, Aphi was caught making fun of another house and girls weight, Chi O was caught hazing. However, when recruitment comes along these houses do it really well and are popular with frats so as of right now this is where they stand.) Mid: Zeta (fun girls but sloppy. Working on their rep the new house will really help but kind of an average house but some great girls that I’ve met from this house kind of just depends) Lower mid: DG, AXID, AXO (These houses have different vibes but all are at the same level. They’re kind of just there but have some good qualities. DG is very diverse, AXID has hardcore partiers, AXO is kind of a mix of the two. I will say AXID being so new has done a really good job.) Bottom: KD, ADPI (The girls in there either love it or hate it. Being honest these two houses are the last pick. Most don’t want to be associated with them but some girls in it like it a lot. Not much can be said other than that.)
