Saw an instagram post about Delta Sig. It looks like they occupied Beta’s house until 2016 then got their own off-greek circle house then just disappeared. NOW THEY’RE BACK! Realistically, what would yall rank this frat 2-3 years from now? I’m an incoming Freshman & I want to check them out, but idk if it’s worth it. Thoughts?
