Well if AXiD's lease ends when Fiji returns to campus they'll probably move into another booted frats house or move off campus, but if their lease doesn't end when Fiji comes back like the KappaSig house situation they'll have some more time to wait for a fraternity to get the boot or find a large enough house relatively close to campus that would be good enough to call their lodge. Or they can wait till greek 3 opens but that'll kill them and then ADPi will have a competitor for worst house.
