- Phi Delt, SAE, Sig Ep: were top houses at one point, but recently they’ve been overshadowed by some of the “mid” frats ever since FIJI got kicked out. They’re still good though, just not up w/ the hype anymore. - PIKE, Phi Psi: probably the most hated frats right now, but they’ve actually improves alot these past 2 years. - BETA, Kappa Sig, ATO, SNU: solid mid tier houses. they have the best brotherhood. usually does their own thing. - DELT, KA: they’re kinda the same, but different. Kappas prefer KAs & Pi Phis would go for Delts. Solid frats overall. -(Frats ending in “Chi”): 🚩 🚩 🚩 -Farmhouse, AGR: Agriculture kids -TKE, DKE, Chi Psi, Pi Kapp: small frats w/ peculiar members.
