Sig Ep won’t be down bad as Delta Chi, but they won’t be top house any time soon when there’s other houses rising right now. Phi Psi did pretty well over-all this year. Kappa Sig had a great start with their pledge recruitment this semester. PIKE has been doing well as well. I remembered at the beginning of the semester these 3 were the only houses that threw lodge parties and did well actually. Delt, Phi Delt, and SAE are gonna drop to mid & you may hate it, but Phi Psi, PIKE, & Kappa Sig are going to be top house within the next 2-3 years.
