They got the boot easily because they had no one but college kids defending them. Nationals aren’t going to step in for a irrelevant chapter that isn’t a money maker for them. No alumni to step up and talk to the school on the chapters behalf / hire a lawyer to make sure the school actually follows their own rules. The school knows their are to many chapters on campus for it to be healthy, they need to kick off like 5 more off campus frats while they are at.
