I agree pi phi theta & kappa are hardest to get into but it’s mostly because of grades. They are not prettier than other houses, funner etc. I think because they cut so hard for grades pnm’s think that they’re better than they are. Pnm’s want to think they got into a house that was so “hard” to get into. And the alums and moms of those houses work this site.
