How are alpha xi delta going to get a house? The existing sororities were raising money for the past ten years and have the alumni support. What is alpha xi going to do? They have no alumni support. Are actives going to donate? Unlikely. The alums they do have don’t have the money to donate back right after graduating. Not having older established alum will hurt them. I just don’t see a house in their future
