They have their house until frat wants it back. There is no land for sale on greek circle, so they can keep moving houses on Greek circle as long as frats keep getting suspended. No suspended frat, no house. There are some cute girls there, but bigger issue is why did they have over 80 spring new members when everyone else had about 12 or less? If you’re cute but not nice, cute don’t matter.
