The chapters have been evaluating each pnm based on grades, reputation, recs, social media, the video each pnm submitted, etc., since registration opened. Each chapter probably doesnt have their bid list finalized, of course, but by now they pretty much know who they're cutting during Open House and who they're planning to invite back for Round 2.
