After every event we all go though a slide show with all the PNMs that came to our event and if someone has a issue with them they point it out when there face comes across. If multiple feel the same way we cut the kid. For bids pretty much everyone in the chapter has the be on the same page about giving him a bid or he doesn’t get one. Highly recommend you meet as many people in the houses your rushing as you can. If you only talk with one dude your risking getting cut if he doesn’t show up for voting.
