I'm just curious about the phi delt chapter up at TTU. I'll be transferring next fall as a sophomore and I'm a phi delt legacy, I've heard good thing about the chapter but I just wondered what the guys are like since I won't be up there to visit between now and then. How's their house? What comes to mind when someone said phi delt? Thanks
