Nobody knows without knowing you. Could have been that you weren’t outgoing enough when you met the actives. Could have been that you weren’t pretty enough. Could have been that you had a bad GPA. Or it could have been that you just got unlucky. The truth about rush is that you will meet actives that you feel are not as smart as you, not as outgoing as you, etc. but that doesn’t mean you'll get a bid. Be brutally honest with yourself about what about you might have done to put people off and work on those things. If you want to rush again then rush again or try to find some other ways to make friends.
