No one is selling the empty lots. Several small greeks have tried buying those lots, and AZD could have bought too If for sale rather then move from kicked off frat house to kicked off frat house. And, why would AZD get Fiji’s house? Why wouldn’t an off campus frat get it like delta sig had betas when they were kicked off? I wouldn’t make assumption that AZD automatically gets any property.
