Literally wtf is up with theta self ranking on here lol. They are no where near the ranks of kappa and pi phi. Yes they do have good greats and there a great house but they are only strong in a few areas, not overall. I think they have gotten better over the past few years but lol they are not top house. I would say too is still pi phi, kappa, Tri delt. Right below would be aphi and theta.
