Lots of different girls in every house (nice & not nice) but overall I agree theta, chi o & dg seem to have really the nicest girls. Nice to each other, nice to other greeks, good retention, good events, least drama. You want prettiest girls, that would be Aphi & zeta but those houses come with drama. & lots of drops. Getting bids to these houses may be good for your ego, but really think if this is where you belong( and yes there are some very nice girls here too, just talking overall impressions)
