Depends on what you’re looking for. Kappa has rep for girls with $, so lots of entitled girls. Looks are eh. (Not hard to see what the girls look like.) Because a lot of them have $, nice clothes, nice cars, they get underserved rep of being a top house. Too materialistic for me.
