They are very driven by gpa in selection & in continuing membership. If your gpa falls below their requirement (help me out people is it 3.0? 3.25?) you will be placed on academic probation. You will still be required to pay dues on academic probation but won’t be able to participate past chapter meetings. Can’t get your gpa up after a semester or two & you’re out. This is important to consider. Many times freshman struggle their first year (even if you found high school really easy) and figure it out after a semester or two. Other houses are far more lenient (while still having minimum gpa requirements) and based on the 10ths of points differences sororities over all gpas are, they all have very intelligent members. Anyway, something to keep in mind. Sororities are very expensive & you could find yourself spending lots of $ for nothing.
