Sigma Chi and Kappa Sigma have the most potential on here. Like others have said, both are backed by rich alumni, have nice lodges, chartered, fun parties etc.... Sigma Tau Gamma is okay but they need a house. The guys are solid and I don’t have a problem with them, but their parties constantly get shut down at like 11. Phi Sig won’t last long.
