I formal rushed going into my junior year and got a bid. On pref I had a top tier and mid tier house. I ended up pledging mid because it just felt right and luckily I got that house on bid day. I had good grades at the time, but nothing perfect. At the end of the day as long as you look put together, have good communication skills, and show the best parts of your personality, you could get a bid in any house. It’s a lot different when you’re older but most of the girls rushing you are the same age as you so talking to them is easier. Do be aware that your pledge class will mainly be 18 year old freshman and there will be a huge maturity gap. It might be hard to fit in with your pc so be open to making friends with girls outside of it that are your age. You’ll have more fun that way.
