Honestly the longer you wait the worse your chances are, being a junior with averages grades means your not going to be in the sorority for a long time and therefore won’t contribute a lot of due money to the organization and likely means you won’t hold any officer positions. The average grades is also a red flag for them because you have average grades and now your adding in being part of a sorority which is time consuming meaning your grades will take a hit more then likely.
