We all know Phi Psi is top house rn. All these other “top houses” are under investigation. Most likely will be on probation or get kicked out like Fijis. If you’re a PNM and if you rush with any of those houses above, just be prepared to not have anything fun during the Fall 2020. They were top and it was fun while it lasted, but we all know they are now spiraling down.
