My sister was a Pi Phi back then and agreed with much of what you said. I am wanting to rush in the fall of next year but it seems things have changed since she was there. She told me to go Phi Delt or Kappa Sig. Looks like Kappa Sig has fallen down the ranks... Is this true? I've heard they don't have margaritaville anymore, but still are one of the top fraternities.. She ranked them as Phi Delt, Kappa Sig and SAE
