How things have changed... but not really... The top 3 have always been Phi Delt, SAE, FIJI in that order but 10 years ago KA and Kappa Sig rivaled FIJI for that 3rd spot. Many of the stereotypes have remained the same Top Phi Delt - West Texas guy with money, athletes, and strong alumni support SAE - Stoners, sucked at intramurals, but girls loved them and all around cool guys FIJI - Lots of money, city boys, in my opinion douche bags but tri delts loved them Upper Middle KA - country boys, didn't really care about what others thought about them, didn't party with other fraternities as much, all around good guys, a lot like Phi Delt and in my opinion if they stayed out of trouble they could have been 2nd best fraternity. All the sororities loved them, just all around southern gentlemen. Kappa Sig - Diverse group but all around good guys. Won intramurals something like 7 times out of 10 years. Mainly country boys from small towns. Used to do low hoops with SAE and FIJI. Partied with KA the most. One of the best parties back then - Margaritaville. Got in trouble a lot like KA. If KA and Kappa Sig stayed out of trouble, they would have been top 3 with Phi Delt. Country guys in these fraternities instead of stoners (SAE) and rich douche bags (FIJI). Middle Sigma Chi - Known as the meat heads, but partied with Phi Delt a lot. Good parties. Good at intramural. Delt - was on the rise... and looks like they have passed up a lot of fraternities as a top 4.
