disregard what the two posters above said. Now, onto facts. Theta - Known for their smarts. Take in a lot of intelligent girls who are decently pretty and involved on campus. Recent pledge class was not that great, however. Still a strong house at Tech. Kappa - Top house. Very pretty girls who excel in grades, however they are not too involved on campus and mainly keep to themselves and specific fraternities. Very exclusive. Known for money. A Phi - Used to be a top 3 house about 25 years ago. They had a decline but in the past 5 years have been stepping it up again and its definitely showing. They are a Top 6 sorority and are known for their laid back, pretty girls that like to have fun. The one sorority that hangs out with many fraternities. Very sociable and highly involved on campus.
