Why are these houses with sweet girls considered “bottom tier” what makes them “bottom tier” and what makes a house a “top tier”...? Is it because of superficial reasons? grades? Etc, I think all the sororities are great and have good and bad girls. What makes certain ones considerabley “worse”??? lol just wondering I think all the sororities are great.
