All of those houses can be argued as “top” but here’s my opinion of each Phi delt- nice lodge, tools, alumni base will make them successful and are high school esk exclusive Sig ep- the guys who wear basketball jerseys over hoodies on too many occasions, fun but most seem to want to burnout in college Sae- nicest lodge on Greek circle, worst of the 5 surprisingly, just got worse over the last few years.
