I think other people may have a different opinion but I think the best thing you can do is live in a house in tech terrace. Obviously not everyone is a tech student, but there are areas where most are. I've heard so many people having problems with the apartments around campus and depending on your house and landlord, a house seems like the best and a lot of the time the most affordable option. And there are so many parties, depending on what part you live in, you can walk or uber for almost nothing if that's something you're interested in.
