Absolutely no reason to put anyone at the bottom - and then especially to say they are "always" the bottom. If you have to Tier the groups just say that there's a top half and bottom half & leave off the discussion about who is always going to stay at the bottom. Don't you think enough girl's feelings have been hurt? There are smart, beautiful and fun girls in every sorority!
