I disagree with a lot of the explanation parts. First of all, Theta KILLLLED it this year, they got a ton of girls who preffed pi phi and kappai. I also don't think Kappa is higher than Tri Delt because of a lodge, I think the same girls don't want those two houses and Kappa had a better recruitment fair and square. KD is also worlds better than AZiD. From my POV this all seems to be what a Chi O would want, but I'm not making any accusations.
